Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mainely Pops website! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and purchase of products from Mainely Pops, a locally owned business specializing in cake pops.

1. Local Orders Only

We currently only accept local orders. Orders must be picked up at a request meeting point or delivered within our service area, as outlined on our website or social media.

2. Placing Orders

To place an order:

• Check out with your order in cart and see delivery options in the shipping category. Choose the desired shipping distance and proceed to pay. (Note that if an incorrect shipping distance has been selected in relation to the address it will be subject to change).

• Please provide a pick-up/delivery time at least 48 hours in advance (for large or custom orders please allow up to 3 days in advance).

• We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

4. Allergens and Dietary Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and gluten. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours after placing an order. Any amount of time after that cancellations will not be accepted.

• We do not accept refunds unless you received the wrong product or an unfortunate circumstance has occurred.

• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
  

6. Liability

We are not liable for any allergic reactions or injuries once the product has been picked up or delivered and accepted by the customer.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
